Reformer classes
Pilates on the reformer offers a wide range of exercises that can be performed with different resistance levels and adjustment options. This allows for more targeted work on specific muscle groups and for adapting the intensity of the workout to different fitness levels.
Our reformer classes are mostly 1:1 and are not taught to groups larger than 3 people. This guarantees personal attention to correct techniques and offers careful corrections for each participant.
