Pilates mat classes
Our mat classes focus on building core strength, improving flexibility and promoting proper body alignment. Classes consist of a series of balanced exercises with smooth transitions that improve flexibility, strength, coordination and breathing. These exercises activate and strengthen deeper muscles, increasing confidence in one's own body.
With a maximum of 9 participants per class, we guarantee personal attention to correct techniques and offer careful corrections for each participant.
